Joni Arison

Joni Arison, President & CEO

Joni joined The Northridge Group in 2023 first as an Executive Advisor and then appointed President and CEO in 2024.  Before coming to NRG, Joni was a Senior Executive at AT&T where she spent over 35 years in a multitude of leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.  She has extensive knowledge in Risk Management, Cost Optimization, Finance Modernization and Business Transformation.  Joni leads the strategic direction and evolution of Northridge’s transformative solutions that reduce complexity, enhance performance, and accelerate sustainable growth across operations, customer experience, and enterprise strategy.
 
With a proven track record of driving measurable business results and guiding organizations through modernization, digital transformation, and operational excellence, Joni is recognized for her ability to unite data, technology, process and people to deliver sustained performance and strategic clarity across complex enterprises.
Lisa Butler

Lisa Butler, Chief Delivery Officer

As Chief Delivery Officer, Lisa leads Northridge’s client delivery, ensuring every engagement drives measurable impact and sustained performance. She oversees the firm’s end-to-end delivery model, connecting people, process, and technology to enable operational excellence and client success.

Lisa brings deep experience in program management, process design, and revenue assurance, with a proven ability to translate complex strategies into actionable results. She partners closely with clients and internal teams to strengthen execution discipline, optimize delivery performance, and accelerate outcomes that create lasting value.

Liz Griffin, Managing Principal, Client Relationships & Growth

Liz Griffin serves as Managing Principal, Client Relationships & Growth at The Northridge Group, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and executive partnerships focused on driving measurable business impact. With more than 17 years of experience, Liz works at the intersection of enterprise strategy, operational excellence, and organizational transformation across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations.

Liz is recognized for her ability to bridge strategy and execution, helping leadership teams align people, process, and technology to accelerate performance and sustainable growth. Shannon Neumayer serves as Chief Financial Officer at The Northridge Group, where she leads the firm’s financial strategy, operations, planning, and reporting. With more than 20 years of experience across finance and operations, Shannon plays a critical role in aligning business strategy with financial performance to support disciplined growth and long-term value creation.
