Joni Arison, President & CEO

Joni joined The Northridge Group in 2023 first as an Executive Advisor and then appointed President and CEO in 2024.  Before coming to NRG, Joni was a Senior Executive at AT&T where she spent over 35 years in a multitude of leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.  She has extensive knowledge in Risk Management, Cost Optimization, Finance Modernization and Business Transformation.  Joni leads the strategic direction and evolution of Northridge’s transformative solutions that reduce complexity, enhance performance, and accelerate sustainable growth across operations, customer experience, and enterprise strategy.
 
With a proven track record of driving measurable business results and guiding organizations through modernization, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Joni is recognized for her ability to unite data, technology, process and people to deliver sustained performance and strategic clarity across complex enterprises.
