Lisa joined The Northridge Group in 2004 and has since led consulting engagements for major telecommunications and enterprise clients. She is recognized for building trusted relationships, driving measurable process improvements, and leading complex delivery programs that achieve lasting results. Lisa partners closely with cross-functional teams to align people, process, and technology, ensuring seamless execution and sustainable business outcomes.
Previously, Lisa served as Managing Consultant for Cove Advisory Group, LLC, where she provided strategic planning, performance optimization, and carrier contract negotiation services. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Broadview Net Plus. Lisa attended Pace University.
