Quality Solutions & Customer Analytics Manager 

Michele serves as NRG’s Quality Solutions & Customer Analytics Operations Manager, bringing more than 24 years of experience in quality management across the travel, financial, human resources, government, energy, healthcare, and telecommunications industries.

She leads a team of more than 25 NRG employees, supporting workforce forecasting, business assessments, and performance reporting. Michele plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insight for client and internal initiatives.

Highly experienced in the development and implementation of Workforce Management tools, Michele acts as a liaison between clients, program specialists, delivery executives, and data analysts. Her hands-on approach and deep technical knowledge enable seamless collaboration, operational excellence, and measurable improvement across quality programs.

Michele holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.
