Therese Fauerbach is a highly regarded business leader, entrepreneur, and board advisor with an extensive track record in management consulting and international business. She is the current Chair of The Northridge Group Board, which she co-founded and previously led as CEO. The Northridge Group has become a nationally recognized, women-owned consulting firm known for delivering pragmatic, cost-effective solutions for Fortune 100 companies.

Under her leadership, The Northridge Group grew into a firm known for trusted partnerships, deep analytics expertise, and a track record of profitability since its founding. Her focus on simplifying complex operational challenges and fostering honest dialogue positioned Northridge as a long-term advisor to leading organizations navigating disruption and transformation.

In addition to her professional achievements, Therese is deeply committed to education and community impact. She currently serves on the DePaul University Board of Trustees, the Finance Committee of The Cradle Foundation, one of the nation’s foremost adoption agencies and is a member of the Chicago Economic Club. She previously chaired the board of The Chicago Network, a premier organization for women leaders in business, government, academia, and the arts.

Therese holds a BA in Accounting from St. Norbert College, an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and completed international management studies at Oxford University.
