Patrick O'Hara
Managing Director, Service Delivery
Patrick O’Hara is a proven executive leader with demonstrated accomplishments in building and managing high performing team across multiple functions including Human Resources, Operations and shared service organizations. In addition, he has expertise in a broad range of operational functions and industries with noted success in Human Resource leadership and chief of staff roles through the delivery of large-scale strategic projects.
He has held senior operations, human resources and shared service leadership roles at Alltran, Sage, APAC Customer Services, Outsourcing Solutions Inc. and Sears, Roebuck & Co. His most recent assignment was a Chief Performance Officer at EverView, a leading supplier of digital communications, digital payments and print and mail solutions.
Patrick holds a BS in Business Administration, Finance, from the University of Arizona and currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife (Cinde), three children (Ryan, Dylan and Evan) and dog (Datby).
