Co-founded in 1999 by Therese Fauerbach, The Northridge Group started with a team of top telecom industry executives.
As the needs of our clients evolved, we, too, expanded beyond our telecom roots and acquired deep domain expertise across verticals by recruiting subject matter experts with the operational experience to tackle the challenges our clients face.
