With more than 20 years of hospital administration experience, Ami has a proven ability to lead complex, strategic, and transformative operational programs. She focuses on expanding Northridge’s presence in the evolving healthcare market, drawing on her extensive experience advising service line operations and specialty services that require integration across clinical, business, and technology divisions.
Prior to joining Northridge, Ami served as the Chief Operating Officer for Hamilton Health, a multispecialty, multi-site FQHC serving Central Pennsylvania. Prior roles include Director, Penn State Children’s Hospital, Administrative Director of Hospital Operations at Geisinger Holy Spirit Health in Camp Hill, PA, Operations Director for Geisinger Holy Spirit’s Neuroscience program, and Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer for Holy Spirit Health System.
Ami is passionate about community service and currently serves as on the boards of several local organizations including the Girl Scouts of Heart of PA. Ami holds both an MBA and an MHSA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Philosophy degree with a concentration in biomedical ethics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
