Prior to her role as an Executive Advisor with Northridge Group, Jill Billhorn served as senior vice president of commercial sales for CDW until 2024. She was responsible for all aspects of revenue and profit generation across the small business and corporate customer landscape in the US, including sales force strategy, structure, goals, operations, and training and development. She also helped lead the integration of large CDW acquisitions and the implementation of impactful sales automation and infrastructure upgrades.
Additionally, Billhorn served in multiple executive management roles including vice president, strategic solutions sales for CDW, where she was responsible for developing and enabling the go-to-market strategy for solutions and services across both the corporate and public businesses, vice president of the East region and of the small business segment.
Prior to joining CDW in 2010, she was the managing director for business development at Holden International, a leading sales training and development company and spent 18 years managing and developing successful sales organizations for telecommunications firms AT&T, Ameritech and MCI.
Billhorn is also passionate and active in supporting the advancement of women in the technology industry and was named to the CRN 2023 Top Women of the Channel and a Top 100 Global Sales Leader by the Modern Sale in 2022. She also serves on the board of directors for Compudopt, a leader in the empowerment of youth through technology and the Chicago Urban League, a pioneer in closing the economic gap across underserved communities.
Billhorn earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and currently resides in Chicago.
